The best part is, when Gunn leads a protest, you know that everyone involved will be dressed immaculately…no dirty hippies in that crowd

    LOL! That is the truth!

According to the wiki, Tim Gunn’s father was an agent with the FBI.

Special Agent Gunn… how fun is that!

We all know J. Edgar had a fondness for dresses and you know how anal he was about the G-Men dresses fabulous. All black suits, white shirts and black ties. Gunn probably got his impeccable fashion sense from Hoover.. hehehehe

    Heh… well you know…

Tim Gunn is way more classy, that is true, and probably a helluva lot less paranoid.

    progress is so slow….
with the racists emails and denial of these BASIC FUCKING RIGHTS sometimes i feel like the country’s still living in the pre-civil rights era….

we are. it’s just a different people being oppressed, (gays) and the leftovers from the jim crow days. those people are dying off and we (the good guys) are calling these haters out. pretty soon there will be no where for them to hide. if everyone who felt like we do, stood up every stinkin time they reared their ugly heads, there days would be numbered, sooner.

luvo is right… and I know it seems like it is taking forever, but at least progress is being made, which is better than going backwards which would please the repubs more than outlawing taxes.

I don’t think I have ever seen so much change in my life time. I was too young to remember the Civil Rights movement of the 60s. On one hand it is so exciting and hopeful, and on the other it is very disheartening to see what people will do to their fellow man. Why is always connected to religion????

:woot: Tim Gunn! and, Wheeeeeere’s Andréee??

He would make a great political cabinet appointee, the dapper Mr. Gunn.

In a related vein, anyone catching Top Chef Masters? Wiley Dufresne is a riot, and
I love seeing those guys face their former recipients of judgment. As for judging, one of the critics just called a dish “alienating”. Ha! I’ve heard ‘aggressive’, even “impertinent”, but that took the gateau.

I watch that show and it is pretty funny. I like the vending machine challenge, quite fun I thought. I guess “Project Runway” won’t be coming back… :( At least I still have Gordon Fucking Ramsey.

I don’t have all the facts, lol, but I thought that lifetime picked it up.

And Gordon Ramsey is hysterical, especially the older shows on BBC America.
