Naughty, bad Judge from Alabama…
From BBC News :
The trial of a former US judge accused of having sex with male inmates in exchange for leniency is set to start in Mobile, Alabama.
Herman Thomas, 48, denies the charges, which include sodomy, kidnapping, extortion, sex abuse and assault. He was once the Democratic Party’s choice to be the first black federal judge in south Alabama.
Up to 15 current and former prisoners are set to testify against him at the jury trial. They claim they were abused during these meetings.
However, Mr Thomas’s lawyer, Robert Clark, has said the alleged victims were trying to ruin his client’s career.
In April, he described the situation as a “a high-tech lynching” and said it was politically motivated.
He said: “They don’t like uppity black folks, and that’s what they consider Herman.”
Mr Thomas’s licence to practise has already been suspended.

Don’t jump to conclusions until the all the evidence is in and been weighed.
It IS bad that his law license has been revoked already.

Well, back in 2007 he was known as, “the spanking judge,” because he would have inmates brought from jail where he would spank them in a small room adjacent to his office.
Also, during that time, he was visiting a man down the street who he liked to “take fishing” so the guy wouldn’t have to go back to jail. The man claimed the judge was forcing him to have sex until one day he threatened to turn the judge into the cops.
Before that, in 93, he arranged for a cousin to go to a minimum security prison after a judge sentenced him to the more scary, over crowded county jail.
The judge has been up to no good for many, many years.

Well this raises my eyebrows, but I think I’ll wait for the evidence. It doesn’t say, for instance, if all of the complainants are white. It is Alabama, after all.

It wasn’t that long ago that the judge wouldn’t have even gone to law school let alone practiced in Alabama. I still wouldn’t want to live there and i’M WHITE.
